Over the years, Jet-Cut has had the opportunity to work with, and effectively cut, the following materials: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

This high-tech CNC cutting process is superior to other methods in almost all respects: The robotic water jet heads cut in any direction, ensuring that complex shapes are cut with accuracy over and over. There are no heat-affected surfaces or distortion typical of most other cutting methods. Expensive secondary processes such as heat treating, grinding or remachining are unnecessary. Final shape, size and finish are usually obtained in a single pass. Due to the stress-free nature of the cutting process, otherwise impossible corners and angles can be cut in fragile materials without danger of breakage. The narrow cutting stream minimizes the width of the cut, maximizing material usage. This is particularly cost effective when cutting expensive materials such as titanium, bronze, kevlar, teflon, etc. The cutting media, water and naturally occurring mineral abrasives, are both non-polluting and environmentally safe in contrast to laser, plasma and oxyfuel. Whether you are a business or a private individual, if you think that you can benefit from waterjet cutting, please feel free to contact us or visit our shop for a free demonstration. |
